Six women, six different quizzes

Says balance, and she's right

Picks feel steadier on my feet. Her one-leg answer backs it up.

Says energy, and she's right

Picks energy that lasts. Stops partway up stairs, done by mid-afternoon.

Says strength — but stiffness is the blocker

Picks stronger for everyday things, yet scores well on every strength item and reports four stiff regions.

4.2 — the reframe

Five variants, chosen by the barrier she named on 4.1. The strong archetype answers “nothing’s really stopped me” and skips the screen.

What to look for

Nobody is told “mobility first” unless mobility is actually their weakest axis. Compare the balance and energy archetypes — different headline, different priorities, different week-2 milestone, different Learn heading.

The disagreement case is the one worth reading closely. The third archetype says she wants to be stronger, and every strength item she answered came back fine — so the quiz tells her so, and points at stiffness instead. That sentence is only worth writing if it can be true, which is why it is now computed rather than typed.

The safety line is assembled, not assumed. Only the guarded archetype sees “working around what you told us” and “no jumping”. The other five are told nothing needs working around — including the strong archetype, who previously would have been told her plan avoided loaded bending for a back problem she does not have.

The 12-week table is no longer the same four rows for everyone. The energy archetype leads on mid-afternoon, the balance archetype on standing on one leg, mobility on morning stiffness, strength on getting off the floor. Measures she still has room to improve on come first; the archetype's own measure moves two steps where the rest move one. Every “Today” value is an answer she gave.

Nothing is asserted that she did not report. A symptom she names on 1.5 only deepens an axis the movement answers already put in trouble — above “Holding up” the measurement wins outright, and the bar says so: “Ten seconds on one leg, either side — better than you flagged it.”
